This document aims to regulate the use of the website https://www.r3pack.es and to comply with legal information obligations.

Compliance status

https://www.r3pack.es (hereinafter also referred to as the Website) strives to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We conducted a self-assessment on 17/12/2025 and identified that some parts of the site may not be fully accessible to all users.

  • has been designed in accordance with current accessibility standards and regulations, meeting the Priority 2 (AA) checkpoints defined in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) specification.
  • is optimized for the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, and Opera.
  • is designed for proper viewing on any screen resolution and device (desktop, tablet, or mobile) (responsive design).
  • has been developed using HTML5 as the markup language and CSS3 stylesheets for its design.
Furthermore, ongoing content auditing and review are performed to facilitate interpretation and improve navigation on the website. This Accessibility Statement document was created using the free online web accessibility statement template generator on December 17, 2025.

Optional content

The currently visible version of this website is from August 4, 2025, and the accessibility level was reviewed on that date. Since then, daily partial reviews of new or modified web content, including templates, pages, and final published documents, have been carried out to ensure compliance with the accessibility requirements of the UNE-EN 301549:2022 standard, taking into account the exceptions of Royal Decree 1112/2018, of September 7. Among others, the following measures have been adopted to facilitate accessibility:

  • Links provide details of the function or destination of the hyperlink.
  • Use of W3C standards: XHTML 1.0, CSS 3.0, WAI AA.
